G is working on PSA's main computer.

Thank you for coming Agent. I'm afraid we have a situation. I assume you're aware that the Clock Tower is broken?
I read about it in the Club Penguin Times. They said it was being looked into...
Correct, and that's why we've called you in. The truth will be of some interest to you...
At 10:00, Penguin Standart Time, the Clock Tower experienced a fatal error, causing it to malfunction...
As all other clocks in the island re directly linked to the Tower, many have gone haywire as a result...
The PSA's Island Monitoring System captured this footage. Please note that this information is classified. Please take a look at the monitor.

It's Herbert, and he's doing everything he can to cause trouble on the island!

Very interesting, isn't it, Agent?
I see Herbert's at it again. I was wondering when he'd show his face.
I'm afraid so, Agent. It seems that Herbert is determined in his quest to disrupt life here on the island...
We've received orders directly from the head of PSA. Fixing the Clock Tower is a matter of secutiry, and our first priority...
As our top Agent, your orders are to investigate the damage, and render the clock operational by any means necessary. Any questions?
What items are at my disposal?
I will try to provide you with any items you deem necessary. Come see me if you need authorization for a gadget.

Go around the room and near the door to the gadget room there are three items protected by gadget case. Since you don't know the password, ask G again.

Hello again, Agent. Can I assist you?
I need to use the Electromagnet 2000.
Alright Agent, you have my permission...
To open the lock on the gadget case, you need the right 'key'. Any agent should know what the 'key' is.

Gary said the password which is 'key', so using the tic-tac-toe code in the bottom right corner, enter the right letters and get the item, now we have the first item needed for the repair.

Enter the gadget room and take the float from the closet. Did you notice the large Test Chamber with element symbols in the way? Remember it later, as it will be very useful when recovering the items at the end of the mission.

Go to Snow Forts and a worker penguin is taking over the tower.

Hey there pal. Rory's the name, and construction's my game.
Sorry I can't chat right now, but I got to figure out a way to get this old clock ticking again. Maye we can play some Find Four later.
No problem. I just came to see if you needed some help.
Good to tave you here. We've got ourselves a pretty prickly here today. If you take a look at the clock you will see what I mean.
As you'll see, we're missing some pretty important parts.
Obviosly the Prime Gear has been taken, but one of the main Anti-discombobulating Springs has been sprung too.
And if that weren't enough, the Snowball Powered Target-Winder has been pinched as well! This is a massive mess.
I don't have to tell you that those parts don't grow on trees, so getting your flippers on replacements won't be easy.
You'll either have to recover the missing parts, or find some way to make new ones. Search around the Island and see what you can find.
I'll be here in case you need some help.

And it really is a mess! So let's start with the easiest part which is the spring. Go to the Iceberg and look for the spring, as it was launched there.

Use the Electromagnet to get the spring and then go to the Dock, where two penguins of Blue Team are training for a snowball fight.

Hey, how's it going? Do you want to join us for some target practice?
Wow! Where did you get the target? / Nice target! Where did you get it? (the first two options lead to the same dialogue)
We saw a crab walking around with it, and thought it was playing a game. But when we threw a snowball at it, the crab ran away.
Yeah, he was a funny little penguin.
Anyway, now we're practicing for a big snowball fight next week.
We're totally going to show the Red Team who's boss.
Do you want to practice with us?
Sorry, but I have to take that target. It's a missing part of the Clock Tower. / Umm, could you two could give me the target? I need it to fix the Clock Tower. (the first two options lead to the same dialogue)
Oh, really? A likely story...
How do we know you're not a spy from Red Team?
We can't just hand it over to the first penguin that asks for it.
That would be irresponsible of a Blue Team member.
You'll have to prove yourself worthy.
Hit the target three times, and we'll make you an honorary member of Blue Team.
Alright, I'll do it.
We're not gonna hold back. Here we go!

The minigame is easy, you just need to calculate the intensity of throwing the ball and the right distance to throw it. It may seem difficult at first, but you get better if you keep repeating it.

Wow! That was amazing!
Stupendous!
Extraordinary!
I've never seen someone sling snowballs that good. You're quite the hotshot!
A deal's a deal. You're now an honorary member of Blue Team. The target's all yours.
Gee, that's too bad. I was having fun. Where are we going to get another target?

You see that the penguins are sad because they no longer have a target, so give them the float and you will guarantee a secret reward when you finish the mission.

Hey, that's a great replacement target!
Wow, thanks a lot hotshot! Now we can keep practicing!
By next week, Red Team won't know what hit them!
Let's ge to it. Thanks again, hotshot!

With the two pieces recovered, let's move on to the last and most complicated one to obtain. As we don't know where the gear is, we'll have to make a new one. Go to the Beach and two penguins are enjoying the day, one of them is sitting in a snowy armchair!

Ahh... Sooo... Comfortable...
Hey, that's not in the Better Igloos catalog!
Nope, it sure isn't. That's because this chair wasn't built by a penguin.
Wait, who or what else could have built it?
Well, let's just say that since this chair is a work of art, it was made by an artist. A small, yellow, furry artist that is.
You mean a yellow puffle made your chair?
You got it. Yellow puffles are amazing! Get them a picture of something and some stuff to make it with, and they'll whip up to just about anything.
I drew this chair myself.

Take the bucket and now go to the Ski Vilalge where two penguins are talking about the brown penguin's botched snowman.

My snowman broke again! Why do things keep breaking on me?
Well, I don't know what else you're talking about, but the reason your snowman broke is because of poor snow quality.
You're kidding, right? Snow is snow.
I'm serious! There's a lot to consider when it comes to building things with snow. How dry or wet the snow is, how cold, how fresh it is, everything.
Leading snowlogists agree not to build your igloo with any snow without first checking its quality.
...
You made this up!
No didn't! The better the snow, the better the snowman. That's physics.
Alright, smarty pants, where can I find the best snow around here?
Well, that's really up for debate...
Just tell me!
The Snow Forts! It's the snow 9 out of 10 leading snowlogists use!
The Snow Forts you say...

Now you know where to get the best snow and who to ride for new gear! Go to the Snow Forts and use the bucket to collect the snow and then go to the Town where Rookie is handing out posters of the lost gear.

Oh hi! Am I ever glad to see you Agent! I heard that you had been assigned to this mission.
Good to see you again, Rookie.
You're definitely a sight for sore eyes. After the Missing Coins mission, and saving the Ski Lodge, you're definitely the best penguin for the job.
I was trying to find some way to help out, so I'm putting up missing posters of the gear around Town. Maybe someone has seen it.
Wait, I've been looking for a picture of the gear! That poster is perfect.
Oh really? That's wonderful! Here, take one!

Now let's move on to the final step. Go to the Plaza, enter the Pizza Parlor and get the sheet music that is near the piano, then leave the room and enter the Stage, then click on the piano in the distance and place the sheet music to play the right melody so that the shy yellow puffle builds the gear for you.

After showing the poster, give him the bucket to build, otherwise he will build a random sculpture. With all items in hand, return to HQ and enter the invention room to use the Test Chamber.

First place the spring, pull the lever and click the fire button to melt the ice, then pull the lever again. Second, put on the snow gear and click the flake button to harden the snow into ice. If you click on the water button, it will dissipate and if you click on the fire button, it will melt, obviously.

Return to Snow Forts and fit all the pieces together.

Alright, you did it! The Clock Tower is running again!

Your spy phone rings and it's Herbert "congratulating" you for fixing the clock.

==Well well well, it looks like I misjudged you my fowl friend. Fixing the clock was quite feat. But I'm afraid that you're still too late. Stealing the gear from your silly clock was only the first stage of my plan.==
==While you were busy running around trying to fix it, I have already begun the next stage of my plan. Until next time, agent... until next time.==

Gary arrives at the fort.

Excellent work Agent. Once again you've gotten Club Penguin out of a serious jam.
What happens next? Herbert won't stop until he's spoiled things for everyone.
Now we must begin our investigation into the whereabouts of Herbert. Hopefully we can stop whatever he's planning  before he strikes again.
I'm sure we'll be contacting you again soon, Agent.

The mission ends and you earn the Mission 7 Medal and Blue Pennant, below are the full versions:

And so another mission is successfully accomplished! I hope you enjoyed this guide and I’ll see you in the next Gazette post!
